Flappy Arcade is free to use. There is no account, no registration and nothing to purchase. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

You may play the games, read the articles, and link to any page here. You may not redistribute the games, host them elsewhere, or present our content as your own.

Intellectual property

All games, source code, artwork, sound design, written content and branding on this site are original works owned by Flappy Arcade unless otherwise stated.

  • You may play the games, share links to them, and quote short passages from articles with attribution and a link.
  • You may not copy, rehost, embed, modify or redistribute the games or their code without written permission.
  • You may not republish articles in whole or in substantial part, including as AI-generated derivatives.
  • You may not use our name or branding in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement.

Third-party rights

Flappy Arcade is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any existing commercial flappy-style game, its developer or its publisher. We do not use third-party assets, characters, code or trademarks.

Any third-party names appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used only where a factual reference is unavoidable.

What we do not guarantee

The site is provided as-is. It is built against standard web APIs with no browser-specific code, and this build has been verified in current Chromium-based browsers on desktop and at phone and tablet widths. We cannot guarantee that every game works on every device, browser version or configuration.

  • Availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • Data persistence. Best scores and favourites live in your browser and can be lost by clearing site data, private browsing or browser settings. We hold no copy.
  • Accuracy. We work hard at this — see our fact-checking policy — but articles may contain errors, and games may contain bugs.
  • Continuity. Games may be rebalanced, revised or removed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flappy Arcade is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, including lost scores, lost time, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Where we link externally, we do so because the destination is relevant. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their privacy practices or their availability.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The updated date on this page changes when they are, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised terms.

If a change is substantive rather than a clarification, it will be described rather than made silently.

Not without written permission. Email hello@flappyarcade.xyz with what you would like to embed and where.
Can I quote your articles?
Short passages with attribution and a link are fine. Republishing an article in whole or in substantial part, including as an AI-generated derivative, is not.
Do I need an account to play?
No. There is no account system anywhere on the site, and nothing to buy.
