The short version
If you want the classic experience, play an endless game — one flyer, one gap type, a score that keeps climbing. If the obstacles are what interest you, obstacle games replace gates with rotating bars, drifting blocks and continuous corridors.
Reflex games are the most physically tiring and improve fastest with familiarity. Precision games are the best training for everything else on the site, because arriving at gaps level is the most transferable habit in the genre. Challenge games are the answer if endless runs feel like they have nothing to give you. And adventure games change the physics themselves, which is the clearest demonstration of how much of your skill is tied to one specific flight model.
